Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the servant leadership of the principal of SMPN Lamongan regarding the Continuous Professional Development of Civics teachers in the digital era. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies which are then analyzed through a reduction process, data display, and conclusions are drawn. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the servant leadership behavior of the SMPN principal in Lamongan is shown in PKB activities, starting from the process of listening to teacher problems at the beginning of the year, to the principal's commitment to developing the capacity of the teachers. The pattern of continuous professional development for Civics teachers in the digital era is carried out with a clinical supervision approach. Meanwhile, the digitalization process is carried out through collaboration with teachers and school information-technology (IT) teams to create a system that accommodates the implementation of the Continuous Professional Development program in schools.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan servant leadership kepala SMP Negeri Lamongan berkenaan dengan Pengembangan Keprofesioanalan Berkelanjutan (PKB) guru PPKn di era digital. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianlisis melalui proses reduksi, tampilan data, dan diambil kesimpulannya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa perilaku servant leadership kepala SMPN di Lamongan ditunjukkan dalam kegiatan PKB, mulai dari proses mendengarkan permasalahan guru di awal tahun, sampai dengan komitmen kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kapasitas para guru. Pola Pengembangan Keprofesioanalan Berkelanjutan guru PPKn di era digital dilakukan dengan pendekatan supervisi klinis. Sedangkan proses digitalisasi dilakukan melalui kerja sama dengan guru dan tim teknologi-informasi (TI) sekolah untuk membuat sistem yang mengakomodir pelaksanaan program PKB di sekolah.
