The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies which are then analyzed through a reduction process, data display, and conclusions are drawn. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the servant leadership behavior of the SMPN principal in Lamongan is shown in PKB activities, starting from the process of listening to teacher problems at the beginning of the year, to the principal's commitment to developing the capacity of the teachers. The pattern of continuous professional development for Civics teachers in the digital era is carried out with a clinical supervision approach. Meanwhile, the digitalization process is carried out through collaboration with teachers and school information-technology (IT) teams to create a system that accommodates the implementation of the Continuous Professional Development program in schools.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan servant leadership kepala SMP Negeri Lamongan berkenaan dengan Pengembangan Keprofesioanalan Berkelanjutan (PKB) guru PPKn di era digital. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianlisis melalui proses reduksi, tampilan data, dan diambil kesimpulannya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa perilaku servant leadership kepala SMPN di Lamongan ditunjukkan dalam kegiatan PKB, mulai dari proses mendengarkan permasalahan guru di awal tahun, sampai dengan komitmen kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kapasitas para guru. Pola Pengembangan Keprofesioanalan Berkelanjutan guru PPKn di era digital dilakukan dengan pendekatan supervisi klinis. The obstacle found in the field is that the management of international training activities abroad for Education Management lecturers is not optimal and still encounters obstacles. The obstacles faced include: 1) communication between participants and program coordinators that have not been running effectively, 2) suboptimal preparation of participants in carrying out activity programs abroad, 3) the implementation of mentoring activities has not run optimally, 4) evaluation activities have not been carried out on an ongoing basis. This research method uses research and development, which is a research approach to conduct research, development, and product testing based on needs analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of the development in the form of international training guidelines abroad show that 88.5 percent are very feasible to be applied. As evidenced by the results of the questionnaire of experts and model users which include model elements, content suitability, constructs, language, practicality, and writing organization by obtaining an average score of 82.8 percent is very valid to be used in the Education Management Study Program, Universitas Negeri Surabaya.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan pelatihan internasional ke luar negeri bagi dosen di Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan guna membantu mempersiapkan dosen untuk mengikuti program pelatihan internasional. Kendala yang ditemukan di lapangan adalah pengelolaan kegiatan pelatihan internasional di luar negeri bagi dosen Manajemen Pendidikan belum optimal dan masih menemui kendala. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah diantaranya: 1) komunikasi antar peserta dengan koordinator program yang belum berjalan efektif, 2) persiapan peserta yang kurang optimal dalam menjalankan program kegiatan di luar negeri, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan mentoring tidak berjalan maksimal, 4) kegiatan evaluasi belum dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan <em>research and development</em> yaitu pendekatan penelitian untuk melakukan penelitian, pengembangan, dan pengujian produk yang didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa hasil pengembangan berupa panduan pelatihan internasional ke luar negeri menunjukan 88,5% sangat layak untuk diterapkan. This research aims to produce valid civic’s evaluation questions based on material experts and test the validity of items. This type of research is Research and Development with Sugiyono's research model using 7 stages, namely: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trial, 7 ) product revision. Data collection techniques carried out in this study used interview techniques, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the assessment from material experts get a percentage of 88 percent included in the very valid category can be used without revision. Test the validity of the items using SPSS version 26 to get the results of 25 valid questions and 5 invalid questions and have a reliability of 0.929 including very high reliability category. So that the product evaluation questions assisted by the wordwall website can be used as many as 25 questions.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan soal evaluasi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) materi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila yang valid berdasarkan ahli materi dan uji validitas butir soal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah <em>Research and Development</em> dengan model penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan 7 tahapan yaitu:1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain, 6) uji coba produk, dan 7) revisi produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu teknik wawancara, kuisioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 88 persen termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. Uji validitas butir soal menggunkan <em>SPSS</em> versi 26 mendapatkan hasil 25 soal valid dan 5 soal tidak valid serta memiliki reliabilitas 0,929 termasuk kategori reliabilitas sangat tinggi. This study aims to create multimedia called <em>JARI BARU Belajar Interaktif Bangun Ruang</em> solid figure interactive learning based on van Hiele's theory, the material for a solid figure is valid according to experts, practical according to teachers, and interesting according to students. The subjects of this study were all students in class V Elementary School Rembang 2 Blitar City. This development research used the ADDIE research model. The results of the validity assessment by media, and material experts, and the results of practical responses by teachers show that this media is very valid and practical. While the results of the attractiveness response by students showed the value of product attractiveness is very high. The product developed received a very good response from students. A qualitative approach is used in this study. Researchers collect data from documents in books, journals, and other written sources. This research goes through stages in the historical research method, namely: (1) Heuristics or data collection, (2) Source verification or criticism, (3) Interpretation or discovery, and (4) Historiography or historical writing. The research results explore and discuss the historical roots of the shock and tension of the Tamansiswa College and the global situation and are linked to educational leadership as an Indonesian national movement in the context of Dutch colonial history and the national struggle for national identity.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong>: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh situasi global, perguruan tamansiswa dan kepemimpinan pendidikan sebagai medan pergerakan nasional Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari dokumen, yang berupa buku, jurnal, dan sumber tertulis lainnya. Penelitian ini melalui tahapan dalam metode penelitian sejarah yakni: (1) Heuristik atau pengumpulan data, (2) Verifikasi atau kritik sumber, (3) Interpretasi atau penafsiran, dan (4) Historiografi atau penulisan sejarah. Many factors cause students to do academic procrastination, including time management abilities and learning motivation. The research purposes was to determine the relationship between time management and learning motivation with high school students' academic procrastination. The research design is correlational. The research subjects were 130 class XI students who were taken through simple random sampling technique. The research instruments used were time management scale, learning motivation scale and academic procrastination scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linearity regression tests. The results of the study are that there is a significant relationship between time management, learning motivation and academic procrastination.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong>: Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan. Banyak faktor penyebab siswa melakukan prokrastinasi akademik, antara lain kemampuan manajemen waktu dan motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen waktu dan motivasi belajar dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMA. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas XI sejumlah 130 orang yang diambil melalui teknik <em>simple random sampling</em>.&nbsp; Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala manajmen waktu, skala motivasi belajar dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi linieritas berganda. The learning tendency felt by students today is a decrease in self-learning motivation, due to the many demands and changes in the learning system, which occurred during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and academic burnout with the learning motivation of state vocational high school students in Malang during the pandemic. The research design uses quantitative methods with correlation research. The total population is 1,707 students with a total sample of 280 students, with simple random sampling. The research instrument uses a psychological scale, namely the family support scale, the academic burnout scale and the learning motivation scale. The results of the study found a relationship between the three variabels, namely family support and academic burnout with learning motivation with a value of 0.604. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between family support and academic burnout with learning motivation, which influence each other.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong>: Problematika yang yang ditimbulkan oleh perubahan kebijakan, yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran siswa. Kecenderungan belajar yang dirasakan siswa saat ini yaitu menurunnya motivasi belajar dalam diri, dikarenakan banyaknya tuntutan dan perubahan sistem pembelajaran, yang terjadi selama pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan academic burnout&nbsp; dengan motivasi belajar siswa SMKN negeri di kota Malang pada masa pandemi. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian korelasi.&nbsp; Jumlah populasi yaitu 1.707 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 280 siswa, dengan pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling.&nbsp; Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala psikologis, yaitu skala dukungan keluarga, skala academic burnout&nbsp; dan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara ketiga variabel yaitu dukungan keluarga dan academic burnout dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai 0,604.
