Community service activities aim to improve the ability to train stress management for junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Malang City. The service is carried out using training methods carried out for junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Malang City. There were 40 training participants who were representatives of public and private junior high schools in Malang City. The results of the activities are formal training meetings and informal stress management training activities carried out on students. Community service activities in the form of increasing the ability to train stress management for junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Malang City succeeded in providing understanding and ability for guidance and counseling teachers in helping students manage the stress experienced by students.</p> <p><strong>Keywords: </strong>; ; </p> <p>Abstrak</p> <p>Remaja yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri, menganggap kesulitannya sebagai tekanan yang dapat menimbulkan stress. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meingkatkan kemampuan melatihkan manajemen stress bagi guru BK SMP di Kota Malang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan untuk guru BK SMP di Kota Malang. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 40 orang yang merupakan perwakilan SMP Negeri dan Swasta di Kota Malang. Hasil kegiatan berupa kegiatan formal pertemuan pelatihan dan kegiatan informal pelatihan manajemen stress yang dilakukan pada siswa. Early dating has a big impact because the perpetrator is still not mature enough to make decisions and has not yet reached emotional stability. Elementary school students who do early dating do not know that all forms of action taken must be accounted for. They only follow the fun and trends in social circles. This problem is the basis for the importance of providing education about the impact of early sex as a step to prevent early dating at SD Negeri Banjararum 2 Singosari. This service is carried out by presenting material and continuing with sociodrama. The results of the service implementation showed that 98.9% of students understood the material presented, and 95.9% of students were interested and happy with the material presented.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Early<em> dating</em> atau berpacaran pada usia dini dilakukan pada individu yang berumur kurang dari 14 tahun. <em>Early dating</em> mempunyai dampak yang begitu besar melihat pelaku masih belum cukup dewasa dalam mengambil keputusan dan belum mencapai kestabilan emosi. Para siswa SD yang melakukan <em>early dating</em> tidak mengetahui segala bentuk tindakan yang dilakukan harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Mereka hanya menuruti kesenangan dan trend dikalangan pergaulan sosial. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi dasar pentingnya memberikan edukasi mengenai dampak seks usia dini sebagai langkah untuk mencegah terjadinya <em>early dating</em> di SD Negeri Banjararum 2 Singosari. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pemaparan materi dan dilanjutkan dengan sosiodrama. Starting from the problems faced by the partners, the solution designed by the proposer to overcome these problems is to conduct Problem Based Classroom Action Research Workshop for classroom teachers and shadow teachers. The activities held were divided into two approaches, namely classical and individual. The results of the workshop activities using a classic approach were able to provide good knowledge and understanding to all participants. This is indicated by the ability of participants to understand the basic concepts of CAR, implement CAR, compile a PTK report, and determine follow-up to obtain an average result above 70%. The individual approach was able to produce HTA reports and articles of HTA results by workshop participants, so that this activity could be said to be carried out successfully.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah; (1) guru belum melaksanakan PTK secara keseluruhan (kurang dari 30%) dan (2) karya ilmiah guru yang terpublikasi pada minimal jurnal terindeks belum memadai. Bertolak pada permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka solusi yang dirancang oleh pengusul untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan Lokakarya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Berbasis Masalah untuk guru kelas maupun guru shadow. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan tersebut dibagi menjadi dua pendekatan yakni klasikal dan individual. Hasil kegiatan lokakarya dengan menggunakan pendekatan klasikan mampu memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik terhadap seluruh peserta. Hal ini ditandai oleh kemampuan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar PTK, melaksanakan PTK, menyusun laporan PTK, dan menentukan tindak lanjut memperoleh hasil rata-rata di atas 70%.
