Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) character values instilled through an integrative holistic program in KB-TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang, (2) integrative holistic program planning in instilling character values in early childhood in KB Pembina Negeri 1 TK Malang, (3) implementing an integrative holistic program in instilling character values in early childhood in KB-TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang, and (4) evaluating an integrative holistic program in instilling character values in children early childhood in KB-TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The location of this research is in the KB TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang. Informants in this study were school principals, teachers of integrative holistic programs, and student guardians. The data collection stage was carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis phase was carried out using data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, then drawing conclusions and verification. At the data validity test stage, four test stages were carried out, namely the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The stages of this research were carried out starting from planning, implementing, and preparing reports. The results obtained from this study can be concluded: (1) the character values instilled through an integrative holistic program in KB-TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang include religious, independent, mutual cooperation, discipline, and caring characters; (2) holistic integrative program planning in instilling character values in early childhood is carried out by parenting and preparation of RPPH; (3) the implementation of an integrative holistic program in instilling character values in early childhood is carried out in a comprehensive manner covering three aspects of children's needs, namely health and nutrition, education and parenting, and child protection; (4) an evaluation of an integrative holistic program in instilling character values in early childhood is carried out at every coordination meeting at the end of the activity which is attended by the principal and all teachers to find obstacles and improvements, and see the impact on students
