Abstract

This research is rainy to determine the form of accuracy and accuracy of school
administrative performance to support the effectiveness and efficiency of performance in
high schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research.
Conduct data collection with three methods namely interviews, observation, documentary
studies. Data analysis activities start from data collection, data presentation, data
condensation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in the study uses data
triangulation techniques, triangulation and time triangulation as well as checking members
or ganging. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following research
results are obtained: (1) Types and Structure of School Administrative Staff Assignments
that support the effectiveness and efficiency, (2) Job Description of Administrative
Personnel, (3) Indicators of Accuracy and Accuracy of Administrative Staff Performance,
(4) Administrative behavior in performance is seen from the level of care and accuracy. (5)
Supporting factors that make up the accuracy and accuracy of the performance of
administrative staff, and (6) the problems faced by school administrative staff in carrying
out their performance.
