Identifikasi Kekuatan, Kelemahan, dan Pemanfaatan Digital Leadership untuk Mengatasi Masalah-Masalah Pendidikan di Indonesia

This research aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses inherent in the implementation of digital leadership models in the context of education, a matter of particular importance in the context of the rapidly evolving digitization of education, particularly in Indonesia. A qualitative approach to scoping review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol. Article data mining was conducted using Harzing Publish or Perish research application technology from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases. The initial stage of the data mining process yielded a total of 101 articles; however, the application of strict inclusion criteria resulted in the exclusion of 87 articles, leaving a total of 14 articles that were reviewed. The results showed that digital leadership has 19 strengths and 12 weaknesses when utilized in education. The integration of digital leadership, contingent upon the successful contextualization of its strengths for problems that are compatible, and the mitigation of its weaknesses, has the potential to serve as a highly valuable strategic solution in addressing the challenges posed by educational underperformance. It is recommended that further research be conducted to address the identified weaknesses and potential threats associated with the implementation of digital leadership in Indonesia's education sector.
