Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of quality of extracurricular activity services, the level of student satisfaction with the provision of extracurricular activity services, and explain the relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population in the study were students in class X and XI at Public Senior High School in Malang with a total population of 7206 students. The sample for this research was using simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research sample consisted of 379 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and pearson product moment correlation. The results showed (1) the quality level of extracurricular activity services was in the very good category; (2) the level of student satisfaction with extracurricular activity services is in the very satisfied category; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction at Public Senior High School in Malang.
