Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between
managerial ability and the effectiveness of principal supervision on the performance of
teachers in public elementary schools in the East Java region during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The samples of this study
were public elementary school teachers in East Java, which were taken from 3 (three) regions,
namely Surabaya City, Jombang Regency, and Malang Regency. The results of the research
obtained in East Java and the details of each region can be read further in this article.
