Abstract

This study aims to research the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of educators and education personnel at MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. This study involved 51 respondents who were educators and education staff at MTs Maarif, Cilageni, Kadungor, Garut Regency. Total sampling technique is used in the research where all respondents are used as research samples. The data collection technique was done through a questionnaire. Classical assumption and simple regression tests were carried out in this study to find the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of educators and education personnel at MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. To analyze the data used SPSS 24 for windows program facilities. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that job satisfaction had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of educators and education staff at the Maarif Private MTs, Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. Job satisfaction can have an effect of 59.4% on organizational commitment while the rest 40.6% is influenced by variables not included in this study.
