Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment
strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KBTK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation.
Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and
inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in
teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late
teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation
of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas.
