Abstract

Analysis of Motivational Factors of Teachers in Private Islamic Elementary School Malang. This study is intended for describing the contribution of each motivational factor which drive GTY and GTY’s intrinsic and extrinsic motivation levels. This is a quantitative study which specifically deploys descriptive and explanatory framework. The results of the study indicates that (1) intrinsic motivation: responsibility factor, belief factor, and demands factor are all categorized into high level. (2) extrinsic motivation: social interaction factor, compensation factor, and credit-given factor are categorized into average level, and that occupational environment factor is categorized into high level.
