Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The condition of organization climate, (2) The performance level of the employees, and (3) The relationship between the organization climate and the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach korelasional. The population in the study totalled 263 employees, and determination of the sampling using random sampling techniques. The number of samples obtained was as much as 158 employees. The data were collected by using questionnaire. Data analysis using analytical techniques descriptive and correlation pearson product moment. The results showed that: (1) The organization climate is increasing in high level, that is condusive situation, (2) The employees shows a highly performance, and (3) There are positive and significant relationship between organization climate with the performance of the employees.
