Abstract

The purpose of this study describes; (1) planning; (2) implementation; (3) evaluation and supervision of learning in Edotel as a learning resource for students of SMKN 2 Malang. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Through data collection techniques and data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) The planning of learning was carried out by the school through coordination meetings and appointed coordina- tors in the AP, JB and UPW Departments to arrange student daily picket schedules at Edotel, while the RPP was prepared by subject teachers. ; (2) The implementation of learning at Edotel consists of daily pickets and teaching and learning activities at the AP, JB and UPW Departments; (3) evaluation and supervision are carried out by each coordinator, picket teacher and employee to students, while teaching and learning activities are carried out by subject teachers, evaluation and supervision is also carried out by Edotel structuralists.
