The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the level of service quality of student cooperatives in Malang; (2) the level of member satisfaction of the service cooperative student in Malang; (3) the relationship between the service quality and member satisfaction of student cooperatives in Malang. This study used descriptive corelational method with quantitative approach. The results are the quality of services and satisfaction of member student cooperatives in Malang is at high category, and there is a significant relationship between service quality and member satisfaction of student cooperative in Malang.
