Abstract

This study aims to determine the relation of perception and attitude toward academic service with student learning motivation. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive correlational approach. The instrument used in collecting data in the form of a questionnaire with the respondents students of State University of Malang. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that: the level of student perceptions of academic services into the high category; the level of student attitude of academic services into the high category; the level of students motivation to study into the high category; perception has positive and insignificant effect on students learning motivation; attitudes have a positive and significant impact on student learning motivation; perceptions and attitudes toward academic services with motivation to learn have significant effect simultaneously.
