Abstract

the purpose of this research to know description of service quality, academic culture, institution brand, and student’s satisfaction; to know the relation directly or indirectly between exogenous variable to endogen variable, that is service quality variable, academic culture, institution image, and student satisfaction; and to know the effective contribution of each research variable. The research design used by researchers is the design of quantitative research with sampling technique used is purposive sampling with data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this research is descriptive description of service quality variable, academic culture, institutional brand, and student satisfaction in medium category; the presence and absence of relationships in each structure of the proposed hypothesis; and the amount of effective contribution from service quality, academic culture, and institutional brand to the satisfaction of students is 45%.
