Abstract

This study aims to find out the job specifications, job descriptions, duration of working time, and salary of public elementary school guard in Pasuruan regency. This research uses a quantitativ approach with descriptive design. The result of this study indicate that school guard has 5 kinds of job specifications, namely gender, age, rank/class, duration of work, and last education. Description of the work of school guard outside the main tasks there are 26 additional tasks. The duration of the school guard’s time is 8 hours/days and the salary obtained is <Rp.500.000 - ≥Rp. 2.500.000.
