Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of the teacher’s Creative-Productive learning strategy on the learning motivation of students in class XI Audio Video of SMK N 3 Jambi City. This research is a quantitative research that is analyzed by regression analysis. The research subjects used in this study were students of class XI Audio Video at SMK Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. The sampling technique used in this study was Total Sampling, as many as 62 students. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the teacher’s Creative-Productive learning strategy on student learning motivation as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.792 and R2 of 0.398. Based on the results of the t test conducted, the value of tcount is 6.295> tt 2,000, then H0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that the learning strategy variable (X) influences the learning motivation variable (Y). Based on this study it can be concluded that partially the Creative-Productive learning strategies of teachers influence student motivation.
