ANALISIS FAKTOR MOTIVASIONAL MAHASISWA MEMILIH SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN

Abstract

This study aims to analysis of motivational factors of students chose STIKES. This study aims to determine the motivating factors of students chose STIKES Maharani Malang. The sample consisted of 334 students STIKES Maharani Malang by using proportional random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS for windows 22:00. This study shows student motivational factors, namely the promotion of factors, personal factors, factors of primary groups, peer factor, factor the wishes of parents, internal factors and external factors.
