MANAJEMEN QUALITY ASSURANCE SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP SEKOLAH

Abstract

The aims of the research are to describe: the formulation’s process of the Quality Assurance (QA), the implementation of QA on learning,the factors that supporting and hindering the implementation of QA, solutions to overcome barriers to the implementation of QA.This study used a case study of qualitative approach. The data collection were by having interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed the background of the implementation of QA is an instruction from JSIT (Integrated Islamic School Network) and also the needs of the school, implementation of the QA divided each month, the supporting and inhibiting factors are coming from inside and outside of the school.The general solution are more involving the coordination between teachers, vice principals, principal and foundations.
