PENINGKATAN KUALITAS MENGAJAR GURU MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS OLEH PENGAWAS SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the quality of teaching and teacher at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban; (2) determine the relationship of the frequency of educational supervision by the principal with teaching quality of teachers at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban; and (c) describe the clinical supervision conducted by the principal to improve the teaching quality of teachers at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban. This study used a descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results of analysis show that there is significant increase in the frequency of use of learning clinical supervision by the principal with the quality of teaching and teacher at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban
