Abstract

The aims of this study is to describe: (1) development process of partnership network by applying strategy 7 Ps; and (2) the development process becomes an independent institution with partnership network. The research location is PAUD Handayani 4 Balikpapan East Kalimantan. The research was conducted with qualitative approach. Collection techniques are interviews, participatory observations, and documentation methods. The data from the recording is transcribed and grouped and then analyzed using a flow model stage, which starts with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result of the research shows that 7 Ps (marketing mix) strategy implemented by PAUD Handayani 4 Balikpapan East Kalimantan can develop partnership network and make PAUD Handayani 4 Balikpapan East Kalimantan become independent PAUD.
