MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS INDUSTRI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the instructional management of industry- based in SMK Industri Al Kaafah Kepanjen Malang Regency. The research method used is qualitative approach and case study research type. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data validation checks use source triangulation and techniques triangulation. The result of the research concludes of the instructional management of industry-based in SMK Industri Al Kaffah is industrial learning plan; implementation of industry-based learning; and evaluation of industry learning. Lessons were conducted with 80% using practice methods and 20% using theory. This is an effort to synchronize government curriculum materials with material needs of the industry.
