Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efektiviness of digital based learning in the equivalency program at the Nonformal Education Unit SKB Telaga, Gorontalo City. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data were collected through in depth interviews, observation, and document studies. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, which aims to obtain a clear picture of the problem being studied, as well as to analyze the data obtained through the research. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources, with the research targets being tutors, students, and program managers responsible for the planning and implementation of the program at the Non-formal Education Unit SKB Telaga, Gorontalo City. The data analysis used in this study is data reduction, which simplifies and summarizes the obtained data to focus more on the research objectives, and data presentation analysis by organizing the data in narrative form to facilitate interpretation. The research results show that digital-based learning has a positive impact on access and flexibility in learning, especially for students who have limited time. However, there are several major problems in its implementation. First, the limitations of technological infrastructure such as the availability of technological devices, internet access, and supporting facilities. Second, tutor competence in managing digital based learning such as mastery of technology, as well as training and support obtained by tutor in digital based learning. Third, students motivation to learn independently is still low, such as a lack of discipline in self-study and lack of understanding of the benefits of digital learning. And fourth, the lack of social interaction. Such as lack of interaction between students and tutors or between students. To overcome these obstacles, strategic steps are needed such as strengthening technology infrastructure in educational institutions, continuous training for tutors in mastering digital technology, and implementing more interactive learning methods to increase student motivation and engagement. With these steps, digital learning can be more effective in supporting the achievement of quality nonformal education goals.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis digital dalam program kesetaraan di Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal SKB Telaga Kota Gorontalo. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dimana untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai masalah yang diteliti, serta melakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, dengan sasaran penelitian yaitu peserta didik, tutor, dan pengelola program yang bertanggungjawab dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program di Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal SKB Telaga Kota Gorontalo. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, dimana menyederhanakan dan merangkum data yang diperoleh agar lebih berfokus pada tujuan penelitian, dan analisis penyajian data dengan menyusun data dalam bentuk narasi, untuk mempermudah interpretasi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, dibutuhkan langkah strategis seperti penguatan infrastruktur teknologi di lembaga pendidikan, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tutor dalam penguasaan teknologi digital, serta menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif guna meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, pembelajaran berbasis digital dapat lebih efektif untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nonformal yang inklusif dan berkualitas.
