Analisis Kinerja Dosen dalam Penelitian Topik Kelompok Bidang Keahlian

Abstract

Research performance is the main indicator in assessing the performance of lecturers and universities. This study describes the results of the analysis of lecturers’ performance in carrying out research on the topic of Expertise Groups from 2020 to 2022 at the Universitas Negeri Malang. The research data was obtained from the Litabmas database, Universitas Negeri Malang. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis in the form of data visualization. The results show that each faculty has different implementation developments each year, both in terms of the number of proposals submitted and the number of lecturers involved in researching the Expertise Groups topic. Finally, the discussion, limitations, and recommended research are presented.
