Differentiated learning is a strategic approach in the educational context that places students at the center, with the main goal of creating a learning experience that aligns with each individual's unique needs. Embracing the concept of Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn), differentiated learning becomes a key to realizing child-friendly education, where every student can develop their full potential optimally. The objective of this study is to analyze differentiated learning, focusing on the development of education that respects student diversity, understands their preferences, and meets individual needs. The method used in this writing is qualitative descriptive, utilizing secondary data from sources such as journals, articles, and relevant photographs. The result of this study shows that by designing learning experiences that adapt the content, process, product, and classroom environment, teachers can create an educational atmosphere that supports student independence and achieves the goals of Merdeka Belajar. Differentiated learning is thus presented as a concrete strategy for achieving child-friendly education within the Merdeka Belajar framework.Downloads
