Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa lokakarya integratif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas PAUD dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Pendekatan ini menekankan prinsip pembelajaran yang berkesadaran, bermakna, dan menggembirakan, serta integrasi pengalaman belajar anak secara berkelanjutan melalui tahapan memahami, mengaplikasi, dan merefleksi. Lokakarya dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan andragogi dan strategi partisipatif seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi praktik, serta refleksi terbimbing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip dan kerangka pembelajaran mendalam, serta kemampuan merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual, kolaboratif, dan berpihak pada anak. Peserta juga mulai menginisiasi transformasi lingkungan belajar, pemantauan digital berbasis bukti, dan kemitraan dengan orang tua. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat praktik pedagogis yang transformatif dan berkelanjutan di satuan PAUD. Rekomendasi utama dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya replikasi dan pendampingan lanjutan guna memperluas dampak dan keberlanjutan praktik baik di berbagai wilayah.
