Focus and Scope
Abdimas Pedagogi: Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat focuses on the publication of community service activities that are based on academic knowledge, research, innovation, and sustainable collaboration between universities and local communities. The journal aims to disseminate practical solutions to real-world problems and contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Scope of this Journal includes, but is not limited to:
- Community Education and Literacy Initiatives
Programs aimed at improving education access, literacy rates, and lifelong learning (SDG 4). - Public Health, Mental Health, and Well-being Interventions. Health education, promotion, and intervention strategies at the community level (SDG 3).
- Environmental Awareness and Sustainability Programs. Activities focusing on environmental conservation, climate change education, and waste management (SDG 13, SDG 15).
- Socio-economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Development. Capacity-building, financial literacy, and micro-enterprise development for marginalized groups (SDG 1, SDG 8).
- Gender Equality and Inclusive Participation. Community programs promoting women empowerment, child protection, and social inclusion (SDG 5, SDG 10).
- Technology and Innovation for Community Solutions. Digital literacy, appropriate technology transfer, and ICT-based services (SDG 9).
- Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security. Programs related to local farming practices, food safety, and agricultural technology (SDG 2, SDG 12).
- Good Governance and Civic Engagement. Activities encouraging democratic participation, anti-corruption education, and public policy awareness (SDG 16).
This journal welcomes interdisciplinary and collaborative projects that demonstrate clear societal impact, long-term sustainability, and alignment with one or more SDGs.
