Kesadaran karir merupakan hal yang penting untuk ditumbuhkan pada masa anak-anak Sekolah Dasar, sebelum memasuki jenjang Sekolah Menengah melalui program bimbingan karir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan program bimbingan karir untuk meningkatkan kesadaran karir anak-anak Sekolah Dasar pada Kelompok Belajar Singajaya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pretest-posttest design, subjek penelitian adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar pada Kelompok Belajar Singajaya, sebanyak 27 siswa. Teknik pengampilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kesadaran karir. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program bimbingan karir efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran karir anak-anak Sekolah Dasar pada Kelompok Belajar Singajaya. Meskipun pada aspek pemahaman diri tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, namun pada aspek pendidikan dan eksplorasi serta perencanaan karir mengalami peningkatan antara sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan setelah diberikan perlakuan.
