Findings highlight the importance of competency-based learning, digital transformation, and university-industry partnerships in preparing graduates for the global job market. Key challenges include aligning curricula with labor market demands, integrating technology into learning, and enhancing soft skills development. The study recommends strengthening industry collaboration, adopting practical learning approaches, and investing in digital infrastructure to enhance graduate employability and contribute to national economic growth.
