Pelatihan Pengelolaan Surat dan Arsip Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Bagi Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract: outcome of community service activities is to provide an understanding for school administration staff (TAS) about the management of correspondence and archives based on information technology. This activity is located at the State Elementary School (SDN) Wonokerto 1, Bantur District, Malang Regency. The participants involved in this activity were 34 TAS people from 34 elementary schools in the Bantur district. Implementation of activities using training methods. This method is carried out to provide insight and skills in the management of correspondence and archives based on information technology. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of community service activities, namely: the average pre-test score reached 47.25 in the poor category and the post-test average score was 80.65 in the very good category, thus there was a very significant increase in understanding the material.

Abstrak: Outcome pengabdian adalah memberikan pemahaman bagi para tenaga administrasi sekolah (TAS) tentang pengelolaan surat dan arsip berbasis teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini berlokasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Wonokerto 1 Kecamatan Bantur Kabupaten Malang. Adapun peserta yang terlibat pada kegiatan ini sebanyak 34 orang TAS dari 34 SDN di lingkungan Kecamatan Bantur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan  metode pelatihan. Metode ini dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan persuratan dan arsip berbasis teknologi informasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yaitu: rata-rata nilai pre-test mencapai 47,25 dengan kategori kurang baik dan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 80,65 pada kategori sangat baik dengan demikian ada peningkatan yang sangat signifikan atas pemahaman materi.
