Abstract

Internasionalisasi pendidikan tinggi menjadi strategi penting bagi perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan mutu akademik, relevansi kurikulum, dan daya saing global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi dosen terhadap kontribusi kerja sama luar negeri dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP). Secara khusus, penelitian menelaah dampak kerja sama internasional terhadap pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran, peningkatan penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah, reputasi kelembagaan, serta pengembangan kompetensi dosen dan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan partisipan seluruh dosen FKIP yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5 yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator internasionalisasi pendidikan tinggi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kecenderungan persepsi responden pada setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen memiliki persepsi sangat positif terhadap dampak kerja sama luar negeri. Mayoritas responden menilai kerja sama internasional berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kurikulum, inovasi pedagogis, produktivitas penelitian, dan publikasi ilmiah. Selain itu, kerja sama global dinilai memperkuat reputasi dan visibilitas internasional fakultas serta memberikan manfaat substansial bagi pengembangan kompetensi profesional dosen dan mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kerja sama luar negeri merupakan elemen strategis yang mendukung transformasi dan peningkatan daya saing FKIP dalam konteks pendidikan global. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program internasionalisasi melalui perluasan kemitraan, peningkatan kapasitas dosen, dan integrasi perspektif global dalam pengembangan kurikulum.
