Abstract: This community service report discusses improving teacher competence through digital-based supervision, which aims to Objectives The implementation of this community service activity aims to: Improve Teacher Competence, Develop Technical Skills, Encourage Collaboration, Improve Learning Quality, Increase Transparency and Accountability. This activity was carried out by a team of educators from various universities, focusing on the integration of technology in educational supervision. The program includes planning, online seminars, thematic presentations, and interactive sessions, emphasizing the importance of digital tools in teaching supervision. The digital-based supervision method introduced in the program allows for more objective assessment, timely feedback, and continuous professional development for teachers. This initiative succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of digital supervision, technical skills in using digital tools, and promoting collaboration through digital-based lesson study. In addition, the program also highlights the use of technology in internal quality audits to ensure transparency and accountability in education management. Significant results include increased teacher competence in utilizing digital tools for supervision, improved reflective practice, and better collaboration among educators. These results demonstrate the potential of digital-based supervision in supporting continuous improvement in teaching quality and overall educational outcomes. The report concludes with recommendations for ongoing training, mentoring, infrastructure development, inter-school collaboration, periodic evaluations, and supportive policies to maintain and enhance the benefits already achieved through the program.
Abstrak: Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui supervisi berbasis digital, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru, Mengembangkan Keterampilan Teknis, Mendorong Kolaborasi, Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran, Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh tim pendidik dari berbagai universitas, dengan fokus pada integrasi teknologi dalam supervisi pendidikan. Program ini mencakup perencanaan, seminar online, presentasi tematik, dan sesi interaktif, yang menekankan pentingnya alat digital dalam supervisi pengajaran. Metode supervisi berbasis digital yang diperkenalkan dalam program ini memungkinkan penilaian yang lebih objektif, umpan balik yang tepat waktu, dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru. Inisiatif ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang supervisi digital, keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan alat digital, serta mempromosikan kolaborasi melalui lesson study berbasis digital. Selain itu, program ini juga menyoroti penggunaan teknologi dalam audit mutu internal untuk memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam manajemen pendidikan. Hasil yang signifikan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan alat digital untuk supervisi, peningkatan praktik reflektif, dan kerjasama yang lebih baik antar pendidik. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi supervisi berbasis digital dalam mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam kualitas pengajaran dan hasil pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Laporan ini menyimpulkan dengan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan, pengembangan infrastruktur, kolaborasi antar sekolah, evaluasi berkala, dan kebijakan yang mendukung untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan manfaat yang telah dicapai melalui program ini.
