Pengembangan Modul Pelatihan untuk Mengembangkan Learning Agility pada Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan modul pelatihan learning agility bagi mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). Tahap define dilakukan melalui studi pendahuluan dan penyebaran skala learning agility kepada 388 mahasiswa untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi awal dan kebutuhan pengembangan, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat learning agility mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang hingga rendah pada aspek people agility, mental agility, change agility, dan results agility. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, modul pelatihan dirancang pada tahap design dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip psikoedukasi kelompok, pembelajaran reflektif, dan aktivitas berbasis pengalaman. Tahap develop difokuskan pada validasi modul oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli layanan bimbingan dan konseling menggunakan indeks Aiken, yang menunjukkan bahwa modul berada pada kategori valid dengan tingkat kevalidan tinggi. Tahap disseminate dilakukan secara terbatas melalui pendaftaran Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan sosialisasi awal kepada calon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pelatihan learning agility yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media intervensi psikoedukasi kelompok untuk mendukung pengembangan kemampuan adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan dinamika dunia kerja yang terus berubah.References
