Perbedaan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa antara Sebelum dan Sesudah Mengikuti Pelatihan Motivasional

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar mahasiswa antara sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan motivasional. Metode penelitian adalan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa baru sebanyak 223 orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti pelatihan Motivational Building for High Performance Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket. Analasis data yang digunakan adalah: analisis deskriptif dengan formula stanfive dan uji paired sample t test. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan motivasi mahasiswa antara sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan motivasional.
