Terapi Islami Sebagai Pendekatan Konseling dalam Mengatasi Kecemasan pada Peserta Didik

Kecemasan menjadi salah satu hambatan signifikan yang dapat mempengaruhi performa peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami terapi Islam yang berperan secara holistik dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) dengan menggunakan pelaporan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Kriteria inklusi dalam subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik baik siswa dasar, menengah, maupun tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui aplikasi manajemen sitasi yakni Zotero dan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa bantuan psikologis dengan terapi islami yang berlandaskan Al-Qu’an, Hadist, Ijma’, dan Qiyas, yakni terapi wudhu, terapi shalat, terapi membaca Al-Qur’an, terapi shalawat, dan terapi dzikir. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi intervensi berbasis budaya dan religiositas yang relevan dengan konteks sekolah Islam atau berbasis agama.References
